Return Policy
Items purchased from Evshirt are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via [email protected] with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.
30-day Return Guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order
Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself.
Who will bear the return shipping costs?
If your order value was $30 or more, Evshirt will cover the return costs. Please always contact our service team before returning anything. [email protected]
